A shrub is an old world way of preserving the fruit of the harvest in vinegar. This modern day is a spunky burst of incredible flavour built upon a foundation of mineral-rich, mineral-infused apple cider vinegar.

The raspberry rose shrub is a beautifully balanced shrub with a distinct  raspberry flavour, tinged with delicious glimmers of wild rose. Raspberry leaf has also been potently infused into this blend to create a nourishing drinking vinegar with just the right amount of sweetness.

Try it on it's own with still or fizzy water, in mocktails or cocktails, added to salad dressings, or take it straight up.
