SHIPPING POLICY
I'm SORRY shipping is so expensive. I wish I could just send you these remedies on a moonbeam! Items are shipped with Canada Post Carbon Neutral Flat Rate Boxes. I will packing orders as quickly as possible, this is usually within 2-3 business days. After it leaves the apothecary, it will be another 5 - 7 business days before it arrives.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, you are responsible to pay an additional postage required to get it to you.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of these herbal products, I have a return policy limited to items that
must be returned due to being damaged, defective, or other unusable.
If your order needs to be returned due to any reason, there will be a handling fee of 25% of the total order price.
If you are not satisfied with a product, or it isn't a good fit - please get in touch with me directly
and I will do what I can to make it right for you!
